When will my order ship?+
Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — free shipping on all US orders over $100. Orders below that flat-rate ship at checkout.
How do I track my order?+
Every order gets an email with a tracking link. If you didn't receive it, message us in Discord or by email and we'll resend it.
What's your return policy?+
30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. No restocking fees, no questions asked. Consulting sessions are non-refundable once booked.
Is there a warranty on gear?+
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. If something's defective on arrival, message us within 14 days and we'll handle the replacement directly.
How does the consulting work?+
Book on the Creator Services page — Creator Kickstart is a 30-minute intro call, Setup Review is a written plan, and the Creator Launch Package is full setup support. All done 1:1 with the founder.
